About Dr. Claudia Rios

As a board-certified Vein Specialist and Diplomate of the American Board of Vascular and Lymphatic Medicine (ABVLM), Dr. Rios is a highly accomplished vein surgeon.   Dr. Rios joined the Vein Specialist Centers of Teaneck NJ in 2021 after more than a decade of experience at the highly regarded Vein Treatment Center in NYC with Dr. Luis Navarro.  Since joining, she has become a partner at the Vein Specialist Centers and leads our clinic in Teaneck NJ serving patients all around Bergen County.

A Special Trip For Dr. Rios and The Vein Specialist Centers 

Deeply committed to the care of vein disease, Dr. Rios has dedicated her time and expertise as a volunteer to the Hackett Hemwall Patterson Foundation.   In March 2023, she was invited with our lead ultrasonographer, Suzan Chaghlil, to educate and train colleagues on minimally-invasive techniques.  During their 1 week visit, Dr. Rios and a team of specialists were able to treat over 1000 patients in the community.  

As Dr. Rios explained,
