I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Smith and his staff. From the second I came in for a consult and met with Susan and Dr. Smith I knew I was in incredible hands. Hearing Dr. Smith say that he could help my leg issues, so much so that I would be living a completely different life brought me tears of joy just in the consult alone. I spent YEARS seeing other doctors that told me it was “just my body.” Even everyone at the surgical center in Pompton Lakes was amazing. From the women at... the front desk to the nurse staff and anesthesiologist, everyone was so kind and supportive. Shout out to Miriam!! I was actually excited to go to each of my 5 surgical appointments. Each appointment was a breeze and Dr. Smith is so kind and listens to your every concern. Dr Smith is highly experienced Cardiovascular and surgeon who provides an excellent care to patients. He save my upper and lower leg by administering venous ablation procedures. He is very good for his patients for his excellent care. In addition, his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly with everyone. I had a consultation with Dr. Smith about my varicose veins. It turned out they were not in my network, which they advised I find someone in network. However, I'm writing a review because even though I wasn't going to use them, they still did an ultrasound to show me what was going on. The ultrasound tech, Miriam, was wonderful. Dr Smith still came in and talked to me for awhile and gave me advice. He showed me before and after pictures, which were amazing! It was all free of charge. A few years after being diagnosed with a DVT during my second pregnancy, I developed venous insufficiency. Fast forward twelve years, I experienced restless leg syndrome, cramping and overall tiredness. I try to live a healthy lifestyle, yet nothing helped with the pain I was feeling in my legs. I decided to see a vein doctor/EP cardiologist, Dr. Siddiqi, who confirmed that I have chronic reflux in both legs. My husband asked me to get a second opinion, and I did to appease him. It was a waste... of time because Dr. Siddiqi is unsurpassed in his skills. I reviewed so many doctors prior to him and no one was more qualified than him. His education and clinical background were beyond my expectations. Aside from his qualifications, his bedside manor won me over. Dr. Siddiqi is the best!!! Don’t go with anyone else. He made the procedures fast and easy. Very reassuring throughout the process and explains the need to do ONLY what is necessary. Other doctors told me I had to do far more procedures.

I was referred to Dr. Siddiqi & Dr. Nguyen through a friend for some help with vascular issues involving my legs and veins. To be honest I was kind of afraid but Dr. Siddiqi was calm, understanding and very professional with how everything was explained. I remember him saying "I perform heart ablations this will be much easier". I want to thank him for a great result and answering all of my questions and concerned. He's an awesome surgeon and really nice Doctor.
